    I have an error code 0x89231804 please help!


    I have an error code 0x89231804 and I dont know how to fix it. I power cycled my xbox, alternate my MAC address and i factory reseted my xbox and it still is happening. This has been happening for 1 month and it is annoying.

    It appears when im in a party and then it kicks me out by itself, nobody else kicked me it just kicked me by itself. Also it only happens on my accout. I tried on other accounts and it doesnt happen. I try to be in a party and it happens after 30 seconds
    of being in the party.

    I'm sorry to hear about this ongoing issue. I would like to clarify a few things, when does this error code appear? What is it that you are attempting to do that this code comes up? Also, have you attempted different profiles to see if the same error code
    appears?

    Hello Blue,

    Sorry for the issue with party chat. We recommend
    power cycle     the console and network hardware. Then once the network hardware fully boots up turn on the console and try a party chat.
