    I would like to have my enforcement history cleared

    Enforcement actions are only cleared if you submit a case review while the suspension is active and the enforcement team lifts the suspension because they discovered it was in error. It is not possible to submit a review after the action is over.

    Saw an offer that didn't follow through.

    I just recently bought Call of Duty: Ghosts using an offer through the Xbox Live Rewards. Where If I bought the game within a certain time frame (Nov 5-Nov 18)I'd would receive the Free-Fall bonus map. Well, I have yet to obtain. Must I wait till the offer
    expires on the 18th to receive or was there some small hidden detail or expense that I didn't notice to have not qualified for it?

    You may have been banned due to responding in a negative way to this mean person. All I can suggest is you report them and move on.

    Hello,

    A report does nothing unless you have broken a rule and gotten banned. Reports are checked by a real person so you did break some rule to be banned. History can not be cleared it is a mark that will stay on your account.
