I have an enforcement ban

so I have an enforcement ban and I try to appeal against it but each time I click review case it brings me back to enforcement history so as I can’t appeal this ban I contacted Xbox Live which have no way of contacting the enforcement team (which is outraged
having a team who taken action against your account and can’t get in touch with them) they told me that the only way of hopefully getting threw to them is by leaving details on the forum so here they are.

XBox Live Suspension

Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

 

I have received an enforcement ban

I have received an enforcement ban for 7 days due to a message being sent.

I would like to have this ban removed as this wasn't me who sent the message. We have an autistic son who is just learning to play Xbox as we've got him one for Christmas so I was letting him use mine to get used to it. I didn't realise he had sent a message.

We have sat him down and explained that he cannot do this.

We will be setting him up his own account when he receives his Xbox at Christmas with parental controls.

I hope you can understand this and lift my ban as soon as possible.
