I have already purchased game ultimate pass for fc25 but can’t apply it

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues playing FC25.

May I ask when did you install this game? The full version of EA FC25 has not been released as part of the Game Pass Ultimate catalog. Currently, the only ways to play this game with an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription are 1) Using EA Play's 10-hour trial or 2) Downloading EA FC25 Showcase.

This game was just recently featured in Xbox "Free Play Days", which allowed Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, Standard, and Core members to try the full version of EA FC25 and other EA games from Thursday January 16 at 12:01am Pacific until Sunday, January 19 at 11:59 Pacific.

If you downloaded the game during its "Free Play Days", it would explain why you are only able to play EA FC25 Showcase now.

Did you recently make the ultimate game pass purchase or did you already have the ultimate game pass?

If you made the purchase since the new deal was offered you should receive a notification or an email with a redeem code in about 10 business days. If you are an existing ultimate member the off does not apply.

Anytime you have standard Gold or Game Pass and you purchase Ultimate, it will convert at a ratio of 1:1. It doesn't matter if you're a new subscriber or not. The 3:2 ratio only applies if you already have an active Game Pass Ultimate subscription and you add a prepaid standard Gold or Game Pass code.

The Xbox Live Gold and PC Game Pass subscription are two different subscriptions. Those subscriptions only get converted if you had the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or when you purchase Xbox Game Pass Ultimate while having those in your account. It only applies to Ultimate because it does include already the Xbox Live Gold, Game Pass , and EA Play.
