    Insider Program Staff Help - Accidentally Opted Out of Insider Program

    I have accidentally opted out of the insider program.

    It is showing as pending on my account. Is there a way to reverse this? I want to remain in the insider program.

    "We couldn't connect to your console. Make sure the console is still on and connected to the same network as this device."

    Same problem for me, both Beta and non-Beta versions of the app. Was working fine until the NXOE update. Had I known streaming would not be supported in NXOE I would have opted to not update at all. Very frustrating.

    Cancel opt out of old preview programme

    @inadem you do know it is an beta right that you signed up for right?

    All you have to do is opt out

    The bc preview is done youncan only be in the nxoe beta now if you want to preview the bc beta

    Or wait till next month when the nxoe bc update is done and released to thebpublic

    With any preview you accepted that there would be bugs since this is an early build

    Forwarded here from a support chat regarding making sure my Xbox does not reset to factory default again without me initializing it.

    Because the old dashboard is a previous version the only way to remove it is to do a factory reset on the console. When you opted out of the NXOE experience you DID initialize it. It is in the information provided regarding the process of opting out of
    the BETA test.

    If you opted out of NXOE your console receives an update which Factory Resets your Xbox One. This was stated in the Terms and Conditions you accepted before opting into the NXOE. You should still have access to any games and saves you had, you'll just need
    to re-download and install those games.

    Did you opt out of the NXOE program? If so that does cause a factory reset to be performed on the console.
