I have accidentally cancelled my game pass ultimate

Yesterday while mid game my xbox live good ran out, i immediately subscribed for another year, (which took my new allocated time to 26/07/21 due to the promotional offer of a free month and on game pass) and then was prompted with the “upgrade to ultimate”
for £1 offer which i accepted. I then went online to cancel the automatic renewal option and i have either accidentally cancelled the entire subscription or when i have cancelled renewal it has automatically cancelled my enfire subscription meaning that i
just paid for an entire year of game pass ultimate and actually used five minutes of that subscription.

Does anyone know if theres an easy way of me simply getting my already purchased time back? (The support options on their website were surprisingly extremely poor for this subject matter), i know this issue potentially is my fault if i have accidentally cancelled
the subscription but the lack of an “are you sure” promot box for cancelling over a year of pre paid xbox game pass ultimate is very surprising considering the obvious expense. Cheers for any help!

Unfortunately you can't. When you add Ultimate to standard Gold or Game Pass, it converts your remaining subscription to Ultimate as well, which would have given you 3 years of Ultimate. If you cancel, you cancel everything.

They are on my transaction history, and i didn't use them, why couldn't i get refund ? I have clicked it accidentally, and lost everything.

Hm, Strange, when i cancel my sub i still have my time i had payed for.

I would contact XBOX Support directly and report your problem. Maybe you can undo the cancellation

All sorted now, it somehoe cancelled when i cancelled auto renewal according to their system so because it seemed to be a fault on that end i was reimbursed my 12 months. Thanks!
