i have accidentally bought something with my grandmothers credit card and i feel that if she finds out she will hate me forever because we've always struggled with money pls help

Sorry to hear about the purchase issue. The only ones that can issue refunds is phone support, but keep in mind with digital purchases it's usually a no refunds after purchase policy.

You could always have her do a chargeback on the card, in which will dispute the charge.

If it was something accidently boughten that you have not used or played, it should be able to be refunded,

However, if you have used or played the content, they will more than likely not give a refund.

Remember though, if a chargeback/dispute is placed, your account may be put as suspended until the issue is resolved completely.
