I have a year live gold membership, but my xbox one think i don't

My membership is on, paid and all but since yesterday my xbox one think i don't have gold and won't let me play online. When i go into subscription i can see my membership active. I try to hard restart the console but it didn't help. What can i do?

I paid for a year of gold, but it isn't showing up on my account.

Hello! I recently purchased a prepaid Xbox Live gold membership card for an entire year. Here's the odd thing though, I decided to enter the card's code when my previous membership hadn't expired yet. I assumed that my year of gold would activate the day
after my old membership expired, but... I don't think it did. I got an email saying that I'm about to be charged again for another month. I don't know why. Shouldn't my year of gold kick in now?

xbox one account help

I added one year gold membership and recently got locked out of my account and can't recover it. I created a new account and have Xbox live but no gold membership. Any suggestions?

Is it possible that you have an enforcement action against you. You can log in to the enforcement team website for information and submit a case review if there is a suspension and it is eligible. enforcement.xbox.com/home

Are you still having issues with your Xbox One not recognizing that you're an Xbox Live Gold member? Your account currently shows being a Gold member, so hopefully that reflects with your console now.

Well I'm just concerned about my consecutive years as an Xbox LIVE Gold member. I already have everything else but this settled. Because when I renewed my membership, it canceled my old membership that wasn't being paid for at the time. (Hence, why I renewed
my membership in the first place.) So it canceled my old membership and created a new Gold membership to take it's place. Since it canceled my old one, will this stop my consecutive year(s) as an Xbox LIVE Gold Member?

It was me who purchased "The Free Games with Gold" game Not Alone on January 2. My kids all have gold memberships also and I have to verify their purchases. My theories are the glitch is connected to my Xbox one X and my 1 year membership to the game pass.
Also my live Membership auto renews at the end of next month. Maybe one of those factors play into it? I don't know, I just thought I'll ask here. Thanks for responding to me

yes you would have to get single gold memberships I think most likely, but I don't know if Microsoft are changing the way live works as the xbox one has gold family sharing setting on it so they may be implementing this I don't know what the future holds
for the gold memberships on the 360 but I hope this helps
