Do you have both versions of the game? Skyrim have 2 versions, one for console and for PC. If you only have the Xbox version, I am afraid you can’t play it on Xbox app for PC.

As we don't actually own any of the games, you purchase a licence to play that game on the platform you purchased it for, as with 99% of games you need to purchase for each platform you play on, been this way for decades.

there are a very very few titles that are play anywhere which entitle you to play them on both xbox and pc, but as this is entirely up to the dev/publisher to allow then most of the time that is not available.

most of the games on xbox are not even available via Microsoft on PC and therefore have to be purchased through epic, steam, gog, ubisoft, EA etc etc.

Yes it is the normal xbox one. I have tried everyone and I cant find the power brick. St John's is a small island and theres not many electrical stores nearby are there any alternatives?

I agree I think that Microsoft is just trying to save money. They don't care about the people like you and me. I have had a Xbox live rewards account for 3 years and have bought Every Xbox game I own from the Microsoft store. But
if they merge Microsoft rewards with Xbox LIVE Rewards I will never buy another item off of the Microsoft store ever. I've spent thousands of dollars on the Microsoft store that's where I bought my Xbox One and my new Xbox one x and my Microsoft Xbox One Elite
controller I have purchased so many things from the Microsoft store I can't even name all of them. And I'm not some kid. I'm a adult that just enjoys gaming but I will find another place to purchase all my gaming gear and games if they do away with the Xbox
LIVE Rewards program because I will not have any reason to buy from Microsoft store. And I can get everything cheaper
