I HAVE A XBOX LIVE ONLINE ACCOUNT BUT WHATEVER I TRY I CANNOT FIND MY MESSAGES

Can you try using Xbox app on your phone or PC?

I AM ON PC THATS WHERE THE PROBLEM IS

well ive recently changed my password to my windows live account, When i try to download my profile on my xbox says that

xbox live profiles cannot be downloaded right now, but the thing is it displays a message on the bottom of the screen (when i cancel that error message) saying: 4 friends online

but I havent really signed in, the bar usually gets halfway through download my profile then cuts off and displays error message

I am having the same issue trying to join a realm on Pocket Edition. Yes, I have a free Xbox Live Account, and yes I have changed all my settings to allow, and yes I have an adult account, not a child account, but I still get the same message everytime,
"You cannot play online multiplayer because of how your microsoft account is set up. "

I am having the same problem, with black ops 2, mass effect 3, and any other games that has online features. I tested my connection with my ps3, 3ds, mac, iphone, etc and the internet is working just fine. It just seems that for whatever reason, my xbox
live account cannot connect to other gaming servers and I have tried all the solutions I found online... what in the world is going on here!?!?!??!?!?
