You’d have to call Phillips to confirm, but the way I read this is that you basically have to strip out everything to achieve 120hz. Dolby Vision is extremely professor intensive and would be the first to go

I'm having trouble understanding what set up you are trying to achieve that you can't get using the solution you quoted. You can't manually select 30 Hz as a refresh rate option on the Xbox One X, only 60 Hz at 4K or 120 Hz at 1080p.

Can you still not select Dolby Atmos as your speaker output with 4K selected after following the solution you posted? What is the new error that you come across when trying to select 4K UHD with Dolby Atmos already set as your speaker option?

It is a Native 1440p 120 hz monitor, however it can run on 4k 60 hz. The monitor is not the problem I have been experiencing because I tested numerous monitors.
