    As already mentioned by NeoDan123Xbox Game Pass works only on Xbox One and on PC for Play Anywhere games. As you mentioned that your device
    is Xbox 360 E, it won't work. It's because no game on Game Pass is Xbox 360 Game, all are Xbox One or Play Anywhere games.

    Sorry to say that the gamepass work only for xbox one and on Windows for games play anywhere titles.. It wont work on the 360...

    I find I was getting a install problem on my Xbox Game Pass mobile app. I just uninstalled it, and threcompanion app. Then I installed them again, and got my account signed in. Now it's installing for me. Try a resync on all devices.
