I have a wrongful Ban placed on my console

Hi, I'm writing this in an effort to receive more information on why my console has a ban placed on it. I have communicated with two representatives and they gave me some information regarding the issue. The ban was placed on october 25th which was a Sunday.My
account has been the only one logged onto the console, I'm the only user on it and no one else has ever used it. I'm not sure if inactivity was why i got banned but I'm seriously confused on why i got banned. The console is 3 months old I got it fresh out
of the box from best buy, I'm very upset because I can't buy the new halo on the xbox store. I believe this ban was placed in error and so do the representatives i talked to. They said that the Device ID and console ID on my xbox do not match the console that
was believed to be banned. I don't know what is going on but I am still able to play multiplayer on destiny and they told me that I shouldn't be able to do that. So If anyone could please get back to me I would be more than happy to explain the situation further.
The reason i am submitting in the forum and not submitting a case review is because there is no case for my account, the console has the ban and so I am unable to submit a case review. I don't know if moving the system from room to room or frequently changing
your password justifies a ban. I thought you had to do something serious to get a ban and I have no idea what I've done. I was told someone who who works with xbox enforcement could clarify my wrongdoing. Either a phone call or an email with details regarding
why my xbox in particular has a ban and what policy I have violated would be appreciated. Any wrongdoing was most definitely unintentional and my sincerest apologies for anything wrong i have done. I don't think I have done anything though, I believe this
is a big mistake and am seeking my ban to be lifted so i can get a digital version of Halo 5! At this point the console cannot make purchases due to the ban.

connection issues

I did a hard reset and it still is disconnecting me, I have run tests I have spoken with my ISP nothing is working, first a wrongful ban of my console that got fixed now this, someone please help me

It's all fine and dandy if they ban a console but what if it's wrongfully banned? Microsoft won't reverse the console ban? Ok so then I guess they owe every wrongful console banned owner a nice new shiny xbox 360.
