I have a weird problem with my xbox

Discus and support I have a weird problem with my xbox in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have an error code that won't show up on the error code search and i can't go on to the xbox store.     I have a weird problem with my xbox


    I have an error code that won't show up on the error code search and i can't go on to the xbox store. Also very time i refresh the error code screen it just come right back. This has happened for 2 days now.

    I have a weird problem.

    before the beta I could connect to my pc and xbox360 online using the same modem one with a usb connection and the other with ethernet cable.

    now after the beta I can only connect one at a time so I can't have both connected to the same modem can I fix this problem? I'm paying comcast for an extra IP so I don't see why I can't connect. and everytime I shut down one I have to restart my modem to
    connect either my xbox or PC

    what's going on? like I said before the BETA I could connect at the same time without a router now I can't. but I want to connect at the same time I thought with a new update it would do that but now it seems like it's not I don't know what could be the
    problem.

    Hi,

    Personally I would invest in a router and stop paying for that extra ip address. So if you get the Xbox going via Ethernet what happens when you try to connect the PC using USB?

    Better off with a router though for sure
