    They will send an email with more information. If its a replacement then it will be to confirm address and so on. If they are going to repair it the email should have a shipping lable for you to send it . Then you will get a tracking number to see location

    The time of the service usually just depends on if you are receiving the replacement directly or if you are required to send your controller back. Make sure you read the service details so that you know what you need to do next if anything.
