    Using any account or taking part in any sort of behavior or activity that gives you an unfair / not-designed outcome in a game is against the Terms of Use. If you want to prevent any action taken on your account, simply don't violate the Terms of Use.

    What is the advantage with your account? If it's something gained illegally then you may be subject to a suspension.

    Hey there, thankyou for the reply, i tried your suggestion but to no avail. I have tried a LIVE connection test numerous of times and it always says i have a good connection. I keep trying my games but it just ends in me being kicked out the game and it
    signs me out of XBOX live.

    Hey Dr, sorry to hear about the issues playing your games on LIVE! To be sure, have you guys tried resetting your network hardware yet? You can reset your modem and router by unplugging power to both for about 15 seconds. When restoring power, plug the modem
    in first, and then wait for all of the lights on the modem to come up. When those are all active, plug in the router. Once those lights are flashing normally, go ahead and run a LIVE connection test on the console.

    If that doesn't resolve the issue, please take a few minutes to list all of the things that you've tried to resolve the connection issue so far. Thank you! :)

    Okay, do you and your brother play on the same account, or do you each have your own account? If you're on the same account, I suggest re-downloading the profile via the 'download profile' option in the sign in menu. If you're not on the same account (or
    if that doesn't work), please try restoring your console's network settings to default using these steps:

    • Go to the Settings hub.
    • Select System.
    • Select Network Settings
    • Select your network.
    • Choose Configure Network Settings.
    • Scroll to the Additional Settings tab.
    • Choose Restore to factory defaults.

    Ok so you are not able to sign into the account because you are suspended but you could not get back into the account because you're Xbox only email is a misspelled account of what you thought it was, you ask for support but they did not give you any good
    luck, but you tried to get on to your Xbox because the ban was until a certain date. But the ban got put back on because you have a negative balance, . Is this correct?
