I have a unstable connection between my controller and my Xbox one S

For the past 3 or so years off and on my controller has disconected or had strange audio issuses when in a party or in general it has been happening latley the worst disconnecting and horrbile audio glitches i have had at all, even with fresh batterys the

I have a similar issue as well. For the last 6 months or so I've had both of my controllers disconnecting for about 20 seconds and they reconnect or i have to remove the battery and reinsert it to get it back on. Also, I have a Turtle Beach Stealth 700 wireless
headset AS WELL as a RIG 600 Wired Headset and BOTH of them will randomly and intermittently skip audio and make me sound like a broken robot to my party and live stream, and my wireless one just completely shuts itself off sometimes.

Now BEFORE anyone comments on this, please NOTE that I have ALREADY had support help me, I have soft reset my console, hard reset it, [hundreds of times each] I have updated both of my controllers [one is a white one that came with my xbox one S and the
other is an Elite Series 1] I have tried them hooked up to the xbox via USB I have used an audio video receiver I have used multiple TV's, I've used 5 headsets [both wired and wireless] I have factory reset my console THREE TIMES and this all started happening
only a few months back. I've ALSO tried it in different rooms, rearranging to do so each time, I've tried it on OTHER consoles, the issue still occurs. That means that its not the headsets, it's not the controllers, it's not interference from appliances, it's
not some software thing, and it's not the Xbox itself.

Every possible avenue of troubleshooting has been done and experimented with. The only official answer I've received from anyone is "WeLl YoU'rE GonNa HaVe To SeNd In YoUr XbOx" to have it serviced for repair, but since it doesn't work on other xbox ones,
it's not my console and I refuse to pay money I don't have to spare to wait three months for them to send it back just to find out the issue is STILL happening. So unfortunately, I've just allowed myself to deal with it, I've had to cut down on how much I
live stream [Im a Twitch Affiliate and youtube creator] and I guess I just have to wait for the Series X to come out, then I'll have a new console new controller and new headset and hopefully none of these issues. Nobody has been able to help me though. So
if someone can help you fix it, maybe that solution will work for me too.

Why is my Xbox One S stuck in Firmware update mode?

I have access to windows and I tried that and it said my controller was up to date. My console is the Xbox one S and I don’t believe it is. What I have done so far is restarted my console, power cycled my controller, reset the connection between my controller and Xbox, factory rest my Xbox, and tried a different controller and the same issue occurred.

Anyone getting any of the new X1 headsets?

Forgot to add- if the 510's sound as good, I always have the option of leaving the base connected to my 360's audio out, then just swapping the 510's between controllers (and accepting only stereo from the One).

Xbox Elite wireless controller series 2 bluetooth problem!

Is there a difference between the Bluetooth on the Elite and the one on the regular Xbox one controllers. My other controllers connect without an issue, but not the Elite.

Xbox Series One Elite Controller not connecting to Xbox S console or PC

Hello,Ten my name is Oskayra I am the independent advisor and I will be happy to help you today.

It seems there might be an issue with the communication between your Xbox Elite controller and your Xbox Series S console. While you've tried some troubleshooting steps, there could be an underlying issue with the controller itself or the way it's interacting with the console.

Here are some additional steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Check for physical damage on the controller: Inspect the controller's ports, buttons, and overall condition to ensure there are no visible signs of damage, such as cracks or loose connections.

Try a different USB cable: Use a different USB cable to connect the controller to the console. Sometimes, a faulty cable can interfere with the communication between the controller and the console.

Update the controller firmware using an Xbox One console: If you have access to an Xbox One console, try connecting the controller to it and updating the firmware. This might resolve the issue if there's a specific firmware incompatibility with the Xbox Series S.

Reset the controller: To reset the controller, hold down the pairing button and the Xbox button simultaneously for 5-10 seconds until the Xbox button flashes rapidly. This will reset the controller's pairing information and may help with the connection issue.

Try connecting the controller to another device: Connect the controller to a PC, another Xbox console, or a mobile device using Bluetooth to check if it's working properly with other devices. If it connects and works fine with other devices, the issue might lie with the Xbox Series S console.

I really hope your problem has been fixed with my help, have a nice day. Oskayra
