how about yous stop having your coffes and eating your donuts and send me a reply to uplift my suspention I have sent multipal requests for useto uplift my suspention and I have heard nothing back!! my xbl gamer tag is
[Mod Removed] this was my first offense so shoulnt I have only beee suspended for 1 day not 2 weeks so hurry up and uplift this suspention for crying out lod and help your xbox customers out !!!!!

my game tag is [Mod Removed] and i have got another suspention exactly a month after the first one can you tell me why and what for as ive had the account for years for years and and not mod it or anything

In order to have your suspension removed/looked in to you will need to contact the Enforcement Team here:
http://enforcement.xbox.com/home

Once there, open a case review on the suspension, and they will look in to it and make a decision based on what they find. Unfortunately, on the forums, or even ambassadors for that matter, cannot help you with a ban other than pointing you to the Enforcement
Team. Good Luck!

Thats so weak! Telling people to [Mod Removed] aint worthy of a suspention.

Updating your payment information will get billing suspentions taken cared of, but it won't make it able to remove any credit cards, you're going to have a gold subscription on the account and you won't be able to remove the ccard.

For that you need to contact Xbox support and have autorenew turned off on the account. Then when its silver you can remove the card. Unless you put a prepaid on the account before the subscription runs out.
