I have a small problem I can not do my main xbox

Once a users 5 switches per year have been used, the user can fill out a survey on Xbox Assist on the console. That will give them one more switch until the year's time is up so that they can switch it again. Support teams no longer
have the ability to do anything about Home Console switches.

Yea, I have been having the same problem since a small update that came down this week. Xbox Fitness loads to the green screen with the loading dots but the crashed back to the main screen.

If you have used your 5 home console changes already then you will have to wait 1 year from the time you made the first change before you can change it again.

The only usual exception to this policy is if you needed to change your home Xbox because you got a new one.

You can still try contacting support to see if they would make an exception but i wouldnt hold my breath as they are not obligated to do so.
