I have a serious problem with my Xbox account

Is that I want to recover my licenses, because for some strange reason I no longer had my 5 licenses, I had only used one and when playing my brother I realized that I could not play online so I entered my account and I no longer had my 4 more opportunities
to make that Xbox my Main Xbox.

Thanks for reaching out to us in forums for this issue. If I'm reading your post correctly, you seem to be referring to Home Console designation. If you have run out of switches, then you would need request a further switch. It is possible, if others had
access to your profile, that they made some switches or had to use one due to an issue with the console. The support article entitled

How to designate an Xbox One console as your home Xbox has more information if you'd like to check it out.

Customer support cannot offer additional switches. If your console shows you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select
Help when you see the message, Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception.

You can also get help with your home Xbox in Xbox Assist. Press the Xbox button
to open the guide, select
System > Xbox Assist, choose My Xbox Assist >
Search, and then enter My Home Xbox.

Oh sorry I forgot to say that it says "this profile can't conect to xbox live" i havent done anything ....

I have a few solutions here that may solve your issue.

Ok first solution you can do is by steps below

Hit your middle button on your xbox controller
Then go to settings
Go to system settings and into storage
Now high light over your hard drive and select Y and hit clear system cache
After this please re download your profile to your hard drive

If this solution does not work you can try the one below

Reset your router and modem and keep them off for about 5-10 minutes

If this solution does not work you can try this last one this involves re updating your xbox.

Hit your middle button on your controller
Go to settings and into system settings
hit storage and highlight over Hard Drive
Now hit LB RB X LB RB X and then hit yes

This will make you re update your xbox 360 console but should be the final solution to your problem.
