I have a season pass for "The Wolf Among Us", but I'm prompted to purchase ...

I got the season pass too and I was so exited to play only having to find out I had to pay twice. Hopefully this will get sorted out soon.

 

Same problem here. I have invested a lot of time and money into Xbox only to be let down for something I invested in well in advance. What a let down!

 

Looking at the Telltale page, it seems the PSN version of the season pass is working fine and this might be a issue on microsoft's side.

 

same here. this is annoying. disgusting. most dissapointed.

 

I made the mistake of clicking on the 4.99 thinking it would download and not charge me, but it did. How do I get my money back? I already paid for a season pass.

Well I guess its only 5 dollars, but they will not get my money any more. Thanks for ripping me off with for not reading the small print. Maybe I will get a PS4 instead of the spying xbox 1.

 

Actually Xbox moderators if I dont get a refund I will take my money to the other system. Look at my account, I have spent quite a lot of money to you guys.

 

You're not sol. you will get your refund as long as u talk to xbox support chat or phone. It happend to me and they are escalating it to the advocacy group. If you dont get your refund you contact your bank and dispute the charge.

 

ya but going through that for five bucks is a huge pain lol but thas just me ,

 

but thas good to know ipathwv , but as far as i know i didnt think you would get a refund for ometing as simle as " i didnt know " but i could be wrong

 

As for refunds when the episode was accidentally purchased, it does not hurt to
contact Customer Support. This is an issue that will obviously cause a lot of exceptions to the “no refunds” rule.





MS did update their
service status specifically about this season pass, so the good news is that they are working on fixing it and providing updates. Currently it reads: "Do you own a Season Pass for “The Wolf Among Us” and are still receiving a prompt to pay for “Episode
2: Smoke and Mirrors”? We want to let you know we are aware of the situation and are working hard to fix the issue. Thank you for being patient in the meantime. Check back in an hour for an update." 2/5/2014 10:38:21 PM CST

 

I had same issue....and I was always pissed off as a season pass owner...for Gears of WAR 3, Halo 4, etc..they always ignored us. did'tn they?

I guess season pass owner are placed in lower queue of service....now one full day is over....so season pass holder will be served the next day....as price of saving money...sigh.
