    The pass was on my HDD, and for good measure I re-downloaded my season pass onto my Xbox HDD, but I continue to receive this prompt. To my understanding, I paid upfront for the season pass and I should be able to download without further charges (I have
    a check beside "season pass" and within the game the season pass is marked as 'owned").

    What can I do?

    Episode 2 Season Pass problems

    Hey guys, this is just a heads up for those of you trying to play Episode 2 that have a season pass. I just bought the season pass and apparently they are having a problem with allowing season pass holders to automatically download and play the next episode.

    So I haven't actually been able to get the second episode yet. I'll be waiting for the code in my messages. Kind of a bummer, because I was really looking forward to playing it tonight. Oh well, hopefully it will come tomorrow and I can play it for a bit before work on Monday. By the way, for those of you that played Episode 1, did you get all of the achievements? I was missing one. My buddy told me to go back and play the last section. Hunt: If you didn't tear off a certain arm, replay it and tear it off, or vice versa. You'll get that last achievement!

    Wolf Among Us Season Pass FAIL

    Last month I bought the season pass for the wolf among us. They sent me a code for episode 2 for the wolf among us. Episode 3 has been out now and they didn't give me a code for the wolf among us when I know I bought the season pass. Please fix this for
    me I am dying to play it.

    I'm having the same problem. It's bad enough that we had to wait an extra day for the episode to be released but now we can't even download it without additional cost.

  7. i was sooo pumped to play it , i stayed up till it was released on xboxlive , which was around 5 or 6 am , yes i bought episode one "faith" and i bought the season pass IN-GAME mind you , but everytime i go to download it just prompts to purchase it , the
    game know that i have it as it sais it is owned on the season pass option , this problem better get fixed fast because i am really pissed off , the four month wait was *** and now this?

    support said they are working on it. everyone with season passes are affected i guess. no real timeline on how long it could be, hours, days, who knows. Hopefully soon cause we all have been waiting a long time.

    I am having the same issue. Not being able to find any real info on this specifically, I tried the Customer Support route. From the response that I received, it looks like it will unfortunately be a short waiting game for those who purchased a season pass
    as the marketplace is updated to allow us to download the episode from the game menu.

    Same prob here, managed to start the download because there was no cash in my Microsoft account prompted me to add more but i said no thanks, download started and failed at 99%. Safe to say i'm a wee bit pissed

    I contacted support to find out if I can just pay the 5$ and be refunded, but they said that I'm going to have to wait until they "hear word from the developer" about the issue..........................................................................................................................................................................
    so I guess ill go play clash of clans in the mean time.

    i think its safe to say , i dont think ill be getting another season pass for a long time , this is just pure disapointment , and this sux cuz im broke and the season pass i bought is the only means of *** playing it -_- ....... nice job

    Yeah, same problem here. Very frustrating. I doubt ill be buying a season pass again. Hopefully this will be resolved by the time my wife gets off work, so we can play it together.
