I have a round month and a half with out getting Black Out points how can claim my points...

you should contact the developer as they may know something more about it.

I pulled out the Javelin again last night. By the end of the round I only had about 50,000 points on silver my friend had around 75,000. The Javelin just seriously does not even compare to the Black Widow or the Valiant. He was so confident the 6 shot Saber
would beat my Valiant. Next round I pulled out the Valiant and I had 100,000 points he only had about 45,000 using a saber. The Javelin is a lot of fun in the campaign, but in the co-op it has no chance against the Black Widow or the Valiant. In fact
if I am using the valiant the only people that will beat me in points in a co-op is if someone else is using the Valiant. Right now that is THE most dominant sniper IMO. Especially if you just simply put on armor piercing rounds. Without armor piercing
rounds its a tough competition with the Black Widow. But if you equip the Valiant with armor piercing rounds, nothing touches that gun.

I know he does not have my points but is he still able to sign in to my account and purchase my selected item with my points. Sorry I have been trying to find out for 5 and a half hours how to fix this. :/

So when he comes online, with my permission can he sign in to my account, and there actually be my points there? If that makes sense.

to be honest, once you get the points you're gonna have round 2 of problems with the download over half the people I know can't even download the pack
