I have already seen several users with the same problem, apparently it is a generic problem that several people are having, the best thing I can recommend at this time is to help Microsoft by reporting the problem.

Click the green "Report" button and fill out the information as detailed as possible.

This way, Xbox will know there is a problem and can work to fix it as soon as possible.

- May I know what was the last changes/updates you made on your end before the issue occurred?
- Have you tried connecting your headset to other devices and check if the issue persists?

Basing on the statement you provided above, here are some troubleshooting steps that you may try:



1. Make sure that the mic is properly positioned and not obstructed by anything.

2. Check the mic sensitivity settings on your Xbox. You can adjust this by going to Settings > Display & Sound > Volume > Party Chat Output.

3. Try resetting the headset by turning it off and then back on again.

4. If the issue persists, try updating the firmware of your headset. You can do this by downloading the RIG Game Audio Dial software from the Plantronics website and following the instructions provided.

I don't have XO Seven Pros, but i recently picked up XO four Pros and have experienced the same thing. It doesn't happen often, sometimes all sound cuts out on the headset for a second or two. I am also using one of the new xbox one controllers with the
built in 3.5mm headphone jack,

I am wondering if it is the firmware on the new controller or if it is the turtlebeach headset adapter.

You can talk to people with the Kinect in MP if you are not using a headset mic. I normal don't play MP games so I did not have a headset until after ME3 demo, I used my Kinect mic for the first few days but it does give some feed back to other players
of your tv/surround sound. I picked up the headset mic now and is much better, plus I can turn the sound down if some on is screaming on the other side.
