Discus and support I have a rewards purchase in review in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I purchased a 3 month game pass with my rewards points earlier today and it is still apparently in review, and the support team suggested i make this...     I purchased a 3 month game pass with my rewards points earlier today and it is still apparently in review, and the support team suggested i make this post so a mod could contact me. i have the ID ready to go whenever someone can help me out I have a rewards purchase in review :)

    Retroactive Rewards Credit for Purchases

    So are you telling me a staff member will go through my account and apply retroactive rewards or a staff member will come by to tell me I have no options?

    hi, I have been a rewards member since Sept. 2014 and have made several pre-order purchases of major titles. Titles like, fifa 15, 16, 17, doom, gears of war etc... all bought from the xbox store. More recently i preordered destiny 2, and fifa 18. To this
    date my lifetime rewards are only 4000 it should be so much more than that. Please review my purchases and update my rewards total. Gt: Wiz Gamer Drew. Thank you.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

  5. i was tossed around through microsoft support and xbox support and they ultimately told me to post to here to get my purchase finalized (dont ask me why that makes sense, its just what they told me)

    It's because they don't handle either rewards program directly and aren't completely up to date with the forums. So they are known for sending people here with incorrect information.
