I have a request for xcloud when I press start and select I want the home menu to appear

Here's the scenario on how I got it to work

Here's what happened when I got home.

Fired up the Xbox One

Started Battlefield 4 but since I wasnt facing the kinect, It didn't sign me in

BF4 Menu was basic. and store is not selectable

When I signed in while in BF4 menu. It changed to BF4 Premium but store was still not available to be selected.

So i pressed Home, then highlighted the BF4 game and pressed the new start button and selected Quit Game

After quitting game. I selected BF4 game and pressed A to start it up

Store is selectable in the menus and when I selected "all items", it finally showed Battlefield 4 Second Assault where the NULL NAME was previously.

Start from Home (press the Xbox button on your controller to go Home).

Go to My games and apps.

Highlight the content that you want to uninstall.

Press the Menu button on your controller.

Select Uninstall.

After buying you probably need to fully exit the game by pressing the home button, then when on homescreen press the menu aka start button the select quit.

Try going offline - I had the same issue with the screen being stuck on press A to start. It just made the clicking sound everytime I pressed A but nothing happened.

1 Restart your console

2 Press A to launch the game from your home

3 When it gets to the Press A to start screen - Press A. At this point a dialogue box should appear as if the game is loading saying things like ' looking for updates; loading message of the day...etc'

4 Press B to cancel whilst the above dialogue box is doing it's thing.

5 A loading error box will appear with the option to Retry or Go Offline. Select go offline and press A.

6 The main menu should then appear for the game with the usual options e.g start new campaign, multiplayer..etc Your ready to go.

Although you have to follow the above steps each time you want to play the game it doesn't interfere with saved game progress and you can resume where you left off from the game menu as standard.
