    So, I have about $27 in my xbox one account that I redeemed in Canada. However, when i tried to redeem a code that i bought from my home country in Iraq, it didn't let me, it said that the gift card was labled "U.S" and U.S isn't my region. So, i changed
    my region from Canada to the United States from the system settings menu. After changing my region it worked and redeemed the code!... but... on my account balance it says that i have 2 different balances, one in the U.S and one in Canada, $20 each. Now I
    have to switch my settings region if I wanna spend money from one of the 2 balances. I wanna combine the 2 and make it just the U.S or canada because if I wanna buy a $40 game for example it wont let me. is there a way to fix this? If so, please let me know

    My points were never converted into currency

    I have found that you will see your balance when you go to purchase something. It should give you the option of using a payment method such as a credit card, or using your account balance. I am not sure why it does not show your account balance now, like
    it showed your point balance, but you should have no problem purchasing things now.

    Can you check your balance online through xbox here to see if you have an account balance here: https://account.microsoft.com/

    Under Money & Giftcards there should be a positive available balance on your account. If not start a chat with Xbox Support to inquire about your promotional credit here : Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Hello All,

    Sorry for any issues you are having due to the Service alert. Looks like the service alert has been resolved.
    Please power cycle your console and
    see if it is back to normal when it comes up. When there are core services there are alerts. you can find these through Xbox assist, on support.xbox.com also if you test network will show there.
