Same. I doubt I will be able to play a PS4 and a Xbox ONE although I hear about a few guys who do. Microsoft have always been good for me for years but I must admit Sony seems to be marketing very strongly in my region. They really seem to be tailoring their
experience for the gamers here. The PS4 has been a massive hit here and is constantly sold out in all the stores.

 

I still don't know how to quote people here. I read the FAQ way back when I first joined the forms and found little in the way of help there. Then I did a search and no coherent information was forthcoming using that route so finally I asked Fyerball last
week and he replied, but still no success. Seems completely counter-intuitive and far too complicated. I'm not a noob but I feel like it sometimes here. God only know how ridiculous it must be on Apple products.

 

And apparently I can't post in the correct topic. I saw chemist quoting me and thought I was. In my defense things are still very tiny on my iPad.

 

I believe you can cut & paste now. So if you really want to, the old fashion way will work. square brackets.

I was amazed the "new" (what is this, the fifth major version of the forums?) forums don't have a quote button. Old fashioned square quotes for now like AT says I guess.

Don't pick on me Sarge, I fixed that. As for quotes, I just copy what I want to quote (if I do) and just build a quote myself from scratch. It's a pain. Geddy, the OP post is in grey above your edit but the text should be your own. You do have to leave
a comment in the reason for editing box or they won't let you edit. I'm going to double check that right now. I am correct. We can even delete a post but only during the tiny editing window. That's dumb.

Some suit at microsoft decides that costs need to be cut. So the forum coders who have been around the longest, hence have the most knowledge, but unfortunately for them, make the most $$, are shown the door. We are left with this <insert your most favorite

Lady Bastet and Angelus, if you use your own keyboard shortcuts on your iPads for usernames, passwords, and other forms on the internet as I do, you've noticed this site does not allow a password shortcut. Not something resulting from the most recent update,
but still a pain in the backside.

lol! Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water! lol!

 

Just about to start playing Fallout 3 but I am going to try it out on PC this time just to see if the immersion is better. Avoided playing Skyrim on PC (even though everyone says its the best experience) because of all the mods.

 

I don't think you can beat the immersion of playing in a dark room on a 50" TV with surround sound. It always used to tickle me when it started raining and I would think "it wasn't supposed to rain tonight", lol. Especially in the spring and fall when I
have all the windows and doors open, I never knew if the birds and bugs were in or out.

 

Fallout 3 is an awesome experience on PC. I had to tweak some of the files to get it to work properly on Windows 8 though.
