I have a question about a refund I requested yesturday.

Ok I know I might not get the refund from a game I didnt purchased. So yesturday its been 14 days since my younger brother purchased a game I didnt want so I had to make him a new account so he can't purchase from my account. I did request a refund yesturday
but i have been waiting for a responds from Microsoft and didnt get one. I know i have to wait up to 72 hours but now its been 15 days since my purchase and I wanted to ask if I can still get a refund since I made the request yesturday (on the 14th day) and
now makes it the 15th day since the purchase and I didnt get the responds from Microsoft yesturday? I hope everyone understands what im trying to say. I know I might not be eligable for the refund but its a question I wanted to know.

If you haven't heard a response after 72 hours reply to the confirmation email requesting an update on the status of your request. They are the only ones that would have an answer to your question.

It is definitely possible, I would request a refund for sure as soon as you can. I the same situation happen to me with my cousin and he ended up playing a little over 2 hours on it. I was within the time period for the 14 days however lol. I requested
a refund and it did go through after a couple of days. I will say this was my first ever return, whether that had anything to do with it going through while having over 2 hours played I don't know. But it is possible you could get a return.
