Hey Jorge,

Thank you for responding. I see you are still having a hard time streaming your Xbox through your PC even after quite a bit of troubleshooting If you haven't already tried so, I'd like for you to try performing a

factory reset on your Xbox.

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.

Make sure to select the option which allows you to keep your games and apps (saves you from the hassle of downloading everything). You will be asked to sign back in to your accounts so have your emails and passwords on hand. Hope this helps and please let
us know how it goes!

hello, the problem I have when selecting my xbox when I select mine says it can not, that I make sure that the xbox is on and connected to the same wifi network, and check and if they are connected to the same internet. I return to the pc I give it to connect
again and it tells me the same thing from before
