I have a problem with the Xbox Live Gold on my new console

Are you wanting to share you Gold membership on both consoles?

I just purchased live gold on my new xbox one, and I have the same problem.

I have found the problem, but i still need a refund because i just found out live gold games expire if i dont renew my subscription to live gold.

I haven't played wolfenstein new colossus or youngblood at my xbox at all

ok but... after my transfer my billing account region still US and i cant have credit card working... and my gold subscription changed to xbox live subscription transfer and dont work like a gold!!! and i still have 10 months !!!

my brother changed his live from Brazil to US and DONT HAVE any problem like mine... i have just created a brazilian 1month account and work perfect in my console... but i dont want a new account... i want my account...

Because your post is in Xbox One support forum I suppose that we are talking about Xbox One and "HOME GOLD" service.

HOME GOLD means that if you set your Xbox One console HOME CONSOLE and you have Xbox Live GOLD, then everyone who using that Xbox One console have access to GOLD services.

If they move to another console, then they need Xbox Live Gold to continue to use Xbox Live GOLD. If new console does not have set up as HOME CONSOLE from someone who have Xbox Live GOLD or someone with GOLD have not logged in.

EXAMPLE: If you have two XBOX ONE consoles. Make one of them as HOME CONSOLE. And let your children log in. Then log in with your GOLD account on other Xbox One console and you can play with your children who are using HOME CONSOLE same time. That way you
still can use 2 consoles with only one Xbox Live GOLD.

IF you have 3 Xbox ONE consoles, then you need at least 2 Xbox Live GOLD members to use them all same time.
