I have a problem with my xbox one ... it does not apply, the update is downloaded well, but at the time of applying the update, it shuts down and does not turn on until the next day ...

I'm sorry to see any purchasing issues! There might be some miscommunication due to language barriers, based on how you posted, so forgive me if I misunderstand what you're saying. I believe you're saying that your account is acting as if it doesn't have
Gold, but you have purchased it, correct?

If so, you will need to
contact us via phone or chat support to look into any Gold issues on your account. We can't do that here due to security reasons. However, if that isn't what you're running into, please post back explaining the situation and I'll do my best to help you
out.

If you haven't done so already, I'd suggest uninstalling / reinstalling the game from your 360.

Click on link:
Install, play or delete a game on your Xbox 360 Hard Drive

Also, you can try Clearing the cache of your 360 How to clear the cache on Xbox 360.

Try that and let us know if it helps!

Hello again, as you have already tried an offline update on your console and it has not returned to normality then the issue is not in the system, in this case if your console is under warranty you will not have to pay for this procedure.
