, I have a problem with the elite controller

I got a similar issue going on with my elite series 2, it randomly opens the share tab of the guide menu, even when not even touching the controller. It just does it completely on its own at random intervals....

I have this problem as well already returned my controller to support was sent a new one and still have the same issue of disconnecting randomly

Sorry for your frustration over your Elite Series controller issues.

On top of the support article MateusFontana posted, if that doesn't work you can check to see if your controller is under warranty and Request an Xbox controller replacement.

You can also do this by going to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/ and click on your controller (assuming it's registered - if it's not, register it) and then click "Start Order"

The problem is not just the on elite 2 controllers its a issue with all controllers that use the PDP program because i have 3 afterglow controllers that have problems with joy stick drift i also have 2 power A controllers that have problems with joy stick
drift as well and my brother has an elite 2 series controller that also has the same problem
