I have a problem with my Xbox one controller

Do you have the Xbox Accessories app on your console? Please see if you have not inverted the X and Y axis on your controller settings.

If everything is correctly mapped, then please try to power reset your console:

1​​. Turn off your console and your router/modem.
2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.
3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.
​​​4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

Same problem. My controller can connect with my roommate's computer. But when I try to connect with my own computer(think pad P51, win10), the bluetooth shows paired and the button keep flash

Hello there! I have this issue from time to time with my controllers and headset as well as well. Usually, just pulling the battery on the controller will fix this or a resync of the controller and console. Hope this helps!

Have you tried resyncing your controller to the console? If it still does it after resyncing it, and other controllers and headphones work, it sounds like something is wrong with the controller. If it's within 90 days, you can get it repaired/replaced under
warranty. Otherwise your best option would most likely to replace the controller, or you could potentially get phones that sync directly to the console.
