Discus and support i have a problem with my rewards in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; hello when i enter to see my xbox live rewards it says that i should do an update , i got 15250 points and i cant have my rewards ....     Per support's response to your previous thread, you need to add an Xbox gift card to your account in order to start a Microsoft account balance. I have more than 5000 points on xbox rewind and can't recieve

    We only do deposits on scheduled deposit dates around the middle and end of the month. Your deposit request was made too late to be included in last month's end of deposit, and was instead scheduled for January's mid-month deposit.

    linking Ultimate with EA rewards.

    I have solved the problem, I had the membership but the game I was trying to get rewards for recently started getting rewards from EA rewards so I was simply unaware until I got my reward. The problem is solved but thank you for your help, have a good day.
