    Hi I am a xbox preview member and have just done the new dashboard update on my xbox and I am haveing a problem with my controller since I have done this I can not use the home button on my controller to ive go home or to turn my xbox off and this
    has been happening since the update could you help me with this as I cant report this in the program and i cant get in to the privert preview program forums as it keeps sayin group not found thanks

    Xbox One snap

    Whenever I hit the home button on my controller it doesn't take me back to the home and whatever game or app I've launched won't close out. The same goes for the snap when I double tap the home button. I've already checked to see if it was just the controller
    by turning the Xbox off and turning it back on using the controller and that worked fine. Is this a problem with my Xbox one or is it a problem with a new update? (I'm apart of the preview program)

    Three new controllers sync but turn off 1 second later

    I'm having this same issue after updating to the last dashboard, my controllers cant sync anymore with the sync button on the console but they work in other consoles with the same dashboard, I believe there's something wrong with the last update... I've
    already tried every kind of solution, I can even tell that the sync buttons are working fine but they cant sync any controller, this problem started after the update reboot from firmware 15574...

    I have the same problem with 1 of my controller. Only the home button works in wireless and have to connect the usb capable for it to work properly. Right after febuary controller update.
