I have a problem with my digital Black Ops I copy.

I am in need of assistance my fellow gamers.

My friends bought me a Black Ops 3 copy for the Xbox 360 and it came with a Black Ops I digital copy. I entered the code on my redeem code tab on the console and it opened the Purchase window and I pressed "Download" it opened the Active Downloads window
but nothing came up and I searched on my Games tab but the game was nowhere. I tried re-entering the code but it doesn't work (probably because it is "redeemed")

Any help would be appreciated

Just solved the problem! Bought a PS4 and a digital copy of Black Ops 4, on my new PSN account! BYEEE!

 

XBOX ONE DIGITAL GAME WONT LAUNCH

So it's a year later and now black ops 3 is doing it I can't play..... I have a digital copy as well.......

 

Have you tried clearing System Cache and doing a Hard reset?

 

Have you had any luck figuring this out? I'm sure this could be a common problem soon so I'd like to help you solve this issue.

 

check your purchase history to see if there, if it is then download again, if not contact support.
