    I have a problem with Microsoft store on the xbox one


    Whoever sent out the the latest update for the app on xbox one needs a ticking off, been asked to update if, every other day now. So i let it update, app works for about a minute after finishing updating, then crashes and won't load again.

    I have no issues with my internet connection as ive been able to play games online without problems, its just your app update that seems to have been bodged (big time)

    I wish you would test the updates before releasing them

    hello sorry to hear you are having issues with this update, have you tried to do a cache reset as the update could have corrupted the saved data from this update?

    I would if it would let me, im in the process of restarting my console now to see if that helps, which it hasn't,

    I also have this problem, but have called to xbox ( microsoft ) en there is a problem with the region Netherlands and Belgium, and they will look in to it, and I think we will get a update from microsoft xbox, and hopefully that will fix our problem with
    ghosts and the store, this is not a problem from the gan ghosts or activision, but a problem in xbox store ( microsoft )
