    on Monday, February 5, buy a month of subscription to Gold in my xbox one, start a game, I wanted to play online but I saw the window that comes out when you do not have this service, I canceled it and I bought it again but it came
    back out the same, already restart the console and wait a while and nothing

    I need help

    I'm sorry to see any purchasing issues! There might be some miscommunication due to language barriers, based on how you posted, so forgive me if I misunderstand what you're saying. I believe you're saying that your account is acting as if it doesn't have
    Gold, but you have purchased it, correct?

    If so, you will need to
    contact us
    via phone or chat support to look into any Gold issues on your account. We can't do that here due to security reasons. However, if that isn't what you're running into, please post back explaining the situation and I'll do my best to help you
    out. I have a problem with gold :)

    Heya!

    Apologies for the delayed reply, were you able to solve this issue?

    It sounds like those codes may not have been activated for Gold. Did you have your family members who purchased them reach out to Amazon to have them look into what got mixed up?

    He will have to login on your console with his profile and add your account to his permissions if it's a trial membership those don't apply to home gold

    Is the code for an XBL Gold trial or for a full subscription?

    As trial codes only allow limited access and do not include on-line gaming.

    If you used a code you will have to use another

    Also.should be noted it does.taje sometime before the membership transfers
