I have a problem with fallout 4 the game does not launch it only stay in black screen,...

Hi,

Have you tried hard restarting/power cycling your console? This should clear your console's cache and help you get back into your game. If you are not sure how to do this please follow these steps:

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button (Power button) on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Unplug the Power cable from your Xbox and wait 30 seconds.

3. Plug the Power cable back in.

4. Turn your console on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the
Xbox button on your controller.

I have the same problem. I try to launch my game and i see only a black screen and then takes me back home to the main screen and it only does that with call of duty games because I can play with all the other games just fine .

I have the same problem! Worked fine yesterday playing Halo 4 at 18.00. Tried to play at 23.00 and got the black screen when trying to play Halo 4 again. I tried again, and nothing... Installed the game to the harddrive (as I suspected the CD to be broken).
Launched the game again, BLACK SCREEN.

Now I suspected that it was the console that was *** up. I tried different games and I get black screen on everyone. Like other says; the console is freezing when trying to get to dashboard from the black screen so you need to shut down the 360 and start
it up again. It does not matter which profile is logged in or if I am offline when trying to launch the game from the dashboard, it always gives the black screen!

Only solution to get in to the game is to set the 360 to play CD when starting the console. However, I have a lot of downloaded games which I cant play now. Have someone find any solution?
