I have a problem with data sharing

I’m on a Xbox 360 and I don’t see those options sorry

it doesn’t give me a error message it gets to a point where it dose not want to move when I tap the Xbox button it shows me a screen showing that I need to turn on data sharing there is 2 options and both do nothing

Would you please try to do a network and console reset on your Xbox to see if data sharing can be enabled again?

Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After that, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.

Once your console has powered off, unplug the power cord.

Wait 3 to 5 minutes and then plug in your console.

The next step is to perform a reset on your Xbox:

System > Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note: The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause you to lose your games, but please be aware that you need to know the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to your account again.

Also, how are you trying to enable data sharing? See if you're doing it right, please:

Press the Xbox Button.

Go to Profile & System > Settings > Online Safety & Family > Privacy & Online Safety > Data collection > Choose Allow.

For Xbox 360, my friend:

Network Reset:

Under My Xbox, open the System Settings application.

Navigate down to Network Settings.

Select your Wireless Network.

Select Configure Network.

Select Additional Settings.

Select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear. Wait for the console to restart.

Actually on Xbox 360 you can't Console Reset it because it doesn't allow to keep your games and apps, unless you manually back them up. So try to clear its cache:

Press the Guide button to open the Xbox Guide.

Navigate to the Settings tab.

Select System Settings.

With the System Settings menu open, select Storage.

Select Hard Drive.

Press the Y button to open the Device Options.

Select Clear System Cache.

Select Yes to confirm the operation, then wait for the process to finish.

Restart your Xbox 360, and see if your problems persist, my friend.
