    i have a problem with adding friends,can somebody help me?


    hey,i just wanted to add my friend in xbox live and when i am trying to it says:"your privacy settings are blocking you from using this feature" and then i changed the privacy settings and the same thing happend as you can see in the pictures below,can somebody
    help me please? i just want to play gears of war with my friend!!!!,thanks,yaixtheking5432.

    Hey yaixtheking5432! This error often times comes up when a child account is trying to add friends. Is your account setup as a child or an adult account? Please note, this is determined by the original birth date entered during account creation. Post back

    I can't add my friend who I deleted on xbox 360

    I don't think you will ever listen to me that troubleshooting does not work. And yes in response to the question I have tested it and I can add and get friend requests however somebody still has me added when I am not on their friends list and also somebody
    told me that my account keeps adding them.

    Hi StAyBLaZN 61420, unfortunately troubleshooting steps don't work :( But I hope that since you posted on here it is resolved for you because a few people have had it resolved for them
