I have a problem with a player on xbox 360

I have a complaint about a player that has been booting my internet off and has my xuid he also modifies his xbox 360 threatening me with text messages and freezing my console with his mods on gta 4 and call of duty ops 2 but I've reported the player
and nothing gets done and I always get the crap end of the stick I've tried changing my ip address and it still happens he threatened to ban me until 9999 and post my info and IP address on the web and I just want to know what are the next steps to handle
this situation ?

Size of the flash drive is does not matter, I have used several 256mb flash drives on my Xbox 360, all though they were slower in transfer rate they were great for moving game saves.

plug it into a pc, move the data off of it, then reformat it to Fat32 using windows. Plug it into your 360 and configure it. Don't know how to format it google is your friend.

 

As long as you have reported him, the enforcement team will investigate him and take the appropriate action. You would also want to block communications with him.

Other than that, you would want to contact your ISP regarding the ddos attacks and they should be able to help you get back online and stay online.

I've already reported this player and this keeps happening and I want to inform that he is using a modded xbox 360 console and I've already talked to xbox support about this issue I've had to go through 10 routers because my IP doesn't change it's a static
not dynamic and the cable company can not change it and if you would like the gamertag I can talk to you more privately so I don't have to discuss any information etc
