I have a problem with a black screen

hello

so i already made a deal to hold the eject button and teh power button, and he called only that he continued the problem and he got the PC image, does it interfere with anything ?

Thanks for the reply! If I'm understanding you correctly, when you turn the console on, the green loading screen appears but then it goes black. Have you received any system error messages (they begin with an "E") prior to this occurring?

If you've already attempted the troubleshooting provided to you by XBF Felixx and are still getting the same results, then I'd recommend that you try to bring up the system's troubleshooting screen and then choose to

perform a soft factory reset. This type of factory reset will allow you to keep your games & apps installed while removing any potentially damaging files from the console's OS.

To bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, follow these steps:

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
2. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
3. Press and hold the BIND button (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the
   EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
   Xbox button on the console.
4. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
   
5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
   BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
6. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

From here you can choose Reset this Xbox and should choose the selection to
keep my games & apps installed if available.

Please note that prior to performing any factory reset, you should know your log in information for your Xbox account (the email address and password) as that information will be removed from the console during the reset.

so I turn on the xbox I get the green startup screen when it finishes "loading" instead of the xbox hub appears, the screen goes completely black, when I hold the control button appears to reboot, shutdown ... so this I can see
