I have a problem with 3 digital games for my xbox one x

1 year ago I had an xbox 360 and I had games through the licenses of a friend's profile, some time later those games went on sale and I bought them from my profile, all this time there were no problems but recently I sold my xbox 360 and bought an xbox one and I, when I wanted to download my games, they did not appear in my library and when I went to the xbox marketplace it told me to buy them again, since I had already bought them, the games in question were resident evil 4.5, 6 I did not buy the pack, I bought them separately for xbox 360, I asked for help and they told me to make a refund but they denied me, so does any of you know any solution?

If these games were for Xbox 360 console, I would like to let you know that there is a different game license for Resident Evil 4, 5, and 6 for the Xbox One console. The 360 versions of the game are not backward-compatible games. This means that you need to re-purchase the Xbox One version of the games if you would like to play it on your new Xbox One X.

Nope and since you bought them over 1 year ago you can't refund it

You still own them but need a xbox 360 to play them

Your best option. Buy the collection which is pretty cheap

I just discovered that my brother, nephew, and friends live in other states and countries. They have the same problems as me with their Xbox One X|S and Xbox Series X|S consoles with their digital and disc games.

I'm having the same issue with my digital version it's your xbox hard drive that's having problems modern warfare completely ruined my xbox one x I just had to buy another for almost 500$. I dont know why but the games causing people xbox one x's to have
all sorts of issues
