Discus and support i have a problem whit my microsoft accuont in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; so i own minecraft and i can still play the game on pc but even when i login whit my microsoft accuont on minecraft on the microsoft website it still...     i have a problem whit my microsoft accuont


    so i own minecraft and i can still play the game on pc but even when i login whit my microsoft accuont on minecraft on the microsoft website it still says that i dont own it on my microsoft accuont on the website i dont know if im linked whit my microsoft but i think i am bc i can login whit my microsoft into minecraft

    i can go into minecraft ofical website and it says i own it but when i go to microsoft it says i have to buy it again even when i login whit micro soft on minecraft laucher

    the thing is i dont know why microsoft says that im linked whit skype and my xbox but not minecraft when i login whit microsoft on minecraft launcher

    so can anybody please help ?

    Sorry to hear about the confusion here, however, you might be using a different Store account on your Microsoft account. Kindly open your Microsoft Store app and click the profile icon on top to check.

    You can also check your PC Settings > Accounts > Email & Accounts to see which Microsoft accounts you've used so you can check them one by one.
