I have a problem when i turn on my xbox

Discus and support I have a problem when i turn on my xbox in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; When I turn on my xbox, it started well but when I open the home, an application which donot which is open, and my screen goes black.     When I turn on my xbox, it started well but when I open the home, an application which donot which is open, and my screen goes black. Please help!

    i have some problems when i turn on my xbox 360

    Hi, when I turn on my xbox when loading xbox 360 starting image freezes and restartsall the time as an infinite loop, and try to well connect the video cables and sound andthe source of power, everything is in good condition, also if I disconnect the xbox 360 hard drive to launch the xbox 360 does
    not start menu and stays black.

    Xbox saying headset is plugged in when it's not.

    When I have a issue like that, I turn my Xbox off and turn it back on and that usually fixes my problem sometimes
