    Hey ZeroChronic,

    As to not insult anyone involved in the troubling process you are going through, out of curiosity are you and your friend both connected through a wired connection? Also since you both live in different states do you both have the same internet provider?
    If you could both try connecting straight from your router and let us know how that works out it might help the support team. Thanks.

    I'm sorry. I should have explained it a bit further. A power cycle is where you turn off and unplug your router to free up bandwidth. To do this, all you have to do is to unplug the power cord (also known as the AC adapter) from the router and wait at least
    1 minute. Then, plug your router back in and wait until everything powers up. Try that and see if that helps.
