Thank you for reaching out! I understand you have been having some difficulties logging in to your account even after removing the account from the Xbox. I'd like for you to try a

factory reset on your Xbox by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button
   to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console.

Make sure to choose the option which allows you to keep your games and apps. Let us know how it goes!

Try to delete the profile from the console.

After that is done re-add the profile.
