Xbox Gaming Monitoring not working

It's nothing similar.

Your problem probably is with your account. Mine with a part of xbox application on windows 10 and the OS is far from crappy.

Hey there PedroSilva2013!

Are you still running into this issue? Have you tried signing out of the app by clicking on the gear symbol on the right menu in the Xbox app, then in General clicking on sign out? Then try signing
back in and see if it allows you to disable "Record game clips and screenshots using the Game DVR" in the Xbox App. Let us know how that goes!

Hey Jorge,

Thank you for responding. I see you are still having a hard time streaming your Xbox through your PC even after quite a bit of troubleshooting If you haven't already tried so, I'd like for you to try performing a

factory reset on your Xbox.

Press the Xbox button
to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console.

Make sure to select the option which allows you to keep your games and apps (saves you from the hassle of downloading everything). You will be asked to sign back in to your accounts so have your emails and passwords on hand. Hope this helps and please let
us know how it goes!

hello, the problem I have when selecting my xbox when I select mine says it can not, that I make sure that the xbox is on and connected to the same wifi network, and check and if they are connected to the same internet. I return to the pc I give it to connect

Hey there Jorge,

Are you having issues connecting to the Xbox app on your windows 10 computer or are you having issues connecting to your actual Xbox console?

You can always attempt to Power Cycle your device along with the network router. Simply unplug the power cord from your router for 1 minute and then plug it back in. for your devices you will simply shut them down completely and then power them back up.
Once everything is reconnected give it another try.
